Need a replacement part?

  A replacement part can be request upon the wrong part was sent by our fault or buyer order mistake.

  How to request a replacement part?
1. Show us the unboxing video/photo and all the parts you have received for confirmation used.
2. Kindly offer us with up to 48 hours to process the request.
3. Replacement part will be sent to the address as your order or refund to you.

  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Need to return your order?

  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we may charge for a repair/restocking fee up to 50% of the item’s price.

  To start a return request, you can contact us with your order number. If your return is accepted, please return the item(s) by post office or we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


  The cost to ship a return item will be at the expense of Asaki Hardware when we made an error. Otherwise, shipping is not covered.

  It is the buyer’s obligation to afford return shipping fee AFTER the package was shipped out and request a return by following reasons:

◆ No longer needed
◆ Bought by mistake / Bought wrong part
◆ Refused Delivery / No one pickup after shipment hold at the facility
◆ Shipping Address Undeliverable

** A restocking fee up to 20% of the item price may charge up for the return reasons above, even if you return the item in original condition.
** If the item returned with damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller error, we may charge for a repair/restocking fee up to 50% of the item’s price.

  Please be aware that the returned goods must be received within 20 days of request authorization.


** NO refund/return or replacement are accepted/issued after receiving item for 30 days.
