Postal shipping service updates

  Due to the drastic reduction in flights caused by the outbreak of COVID-19, airmail services from Taiwan to all destinations may be subject to delay, particularly to the Malaysia, France, United Kingdom, United States, Australia and Canada.

  • May 5th - Philippine post has suspended processing the imported mail. All airmail services (including Air Parcel and EMS) to Philippines are suspended till further notice.
  • June 10th - Airmail services (including air parcel and EMS) to Germany resume from now on.
  • July 9th - Express Mail Service (EMS) service to Australia resumes from July 10.
  • July 22nd - Express Mail Service (EMS) service to Czech Rep., Sweden, Poland, Switzerland, and Belgium resumes from July 22.
  • Aug 21st - Express Mail Service (EMS) service to New Zealand resumes from August 21.

  • Sep 11st Express Mail Service (EMS) service to Canada resumes from Septamber 11.

  • Nov 17th - Airmail services (including air parcel and EMS) to Denmark resume from November 17.
  • Dec 4th - Airmail services (including air parcel and EMS) to Norway and Poland resume from December 4.


  Currently, airmail service is available to destinations as the below.
  For other countries, orders would ONLY ship by DHL Worldwide or FedEx International Priority/Economy service.
