  ALL items are manufactured and shipped from Taiwan, NOT China.
  The tracking number will be provided after the package is shipped.
  Delivery dates are an average and NOT guaranteed. Any delay caused by the shipping carrier or Customs inspection is outside control.
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the fitment for the engine before purchase



  All international shipments may be subject to duties or taxes which are required when the shipment is received.
 Any duties or charges assessed by Customs/shipping carrier are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control or knowledge over what they may be.

What to do when you receive the package?
  1. Take a photo/record a video of the package when you received it.
  2. Record an unboxing video and shows the item inside clearly. Snap a photo too if there is any damage. Please DO NOT use time-lapse photography during the unboxing process.
** We may ask the customer to provide any proof that received a damaged/incorrect/missing part or any return/replacement needs.

Damaged Shipments
  Damaged packages are the responsibility of the delivery carrier.
  If you receive a damaged package, save the box and all packaging material, and contact us as well as provide us the video/photo proof within a day of receiving the shipment.

Refusal of Packages
  If you refuse to receive the package, you will be responsible for the outbound shipping charges and the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any duties charged to us.
  We will only refund the amount after deducting the expenses above.

Package Lost
  On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package may be lost in transit by the postal carrier.
  In such an instance, we will reship/refund your order after confirmation with the shipping carrier. It may take some days for the inspection process and you may be contacted by the shipping carrier for details.
  We will contact you to confirm that if you need us to reship or refund your order.
